New Tag Axle Transporters Added to TR Group Rental Fleet
TR Group has expanded its rental fleet with the addition of new tri-axle tag transporter trailers, providing operators with a practical and heavy-duty solution for transporting machinery, vehicles and equipment.
Designed to make loading, securing and transporting equipment easier, the new trailers feature nine metres of total deck space, including an eight-metre main deck and a one-metre beavertail. A low 980mm deck height and 2,800mm hydraulic loading ramps provide a low loading angle for easier equipment access.
The self-powered electric-over-hydraulic system operates both the loading ramps and the dual front landing legs, allowing the trailer to be set up without relying on the towing vehicle’s hydraulic system. An integrated multi-volt charger helps ensure the powerpack remains ready for use.
With a 28 tonne Aggregate Trailer Mass rating and a tare weight of approximately seven tonnes, the transporters are well suited to a wide range of heavy equipment and machinery transport applications.
The steel chequer plate deck includes integrated tie-down points to help operators secure loads safely and efficiently. A 1,600mm drawbar and pintle hook hitch with adjustable height settings also provide flexibility across different towing vehicles and operating requirements.
