We are looking for a motivated person to join our Sydney branch as an Equipment Services Coordinator looking after our trucks and trailers.

The role will be a critical part of our operational team, working Monday-Friday, generally from 7am to 5pm.

This role will play a big part in ensuring that our gear is looked after and presented at a high standard. The role would really suit someone looking to get into the transport industry, who is keen to get their hands dirty and loves working in and around heavy gear.

Here’s a list of the type of work you could expect on any given day:

• Washing and detailing of vehicles - ensuring our vehicles are looking their best! Getting our vehicles in tip top shape for hire. 

• Completing light maintenance and repair reporting as required (light bulbs, mudflaps etc)

• HR/MC License would be ideal as there is tuck/Tug driving: including moving vehicles around the yard, picking up and dropping off hire equipment from customer and/or supplier sites.

• Being first point of contact to greet our customers when they arrive to pick up / drop off vehicles - helping to make sure our customers feel comfortable onsite, and well looked after.

• Communicating with the Rental Operations team about vehicle information and requirements - working together as one team to prioritise our customer needs.

• A HR drivers’ license would be ideal, however training would be available for the right person.
